NEW Arrival Guide and UK entry rules

The rules for international travel to the UK have changed. ALL students must now quarantine on arrival. Under-18s and fully vaccinated students from countries not on the ‘red list’ must quarantine until they receive a negative PCR result.

Today we are contacting you to share Bright World’s newly updated UK Arrival Guide. This document now includes entry rules that came into force on 30 November.

We have today contacted the parents and main agent contacts of all Bright World students who are travelling home for Christmas, to share our guide and to offer our help and support with the new testing and quarantine requirements. Our Guardianship Care Managers now fully trained on the new rules and are ready to help.

We are busy asking parents to tell us of any changes to pre-arranged flights, so we can reschedule airport transport accordingly so we can keep the relevant boarding contacts at our partner schools updated with any changes.

We understand that most schools are offering quarantine solutions to their student for the January arrival. Bright World is, however able to offer host family and residential quarantine solutions for those students who are unable to quarantine at school.

Looking Back on Summer & Autumn 2021

Putting months of mask mandates and curfews behind us, we said good-byes over pizza in Central Park, shared stories of young love over bubble tea in Chinatown and carved the scariest pumpkins ever for Halloween. All felt rather normal. Thank you everyone for the very special memories of a very special time!

We are always pleased to see how creative and talented our students are. See below for some of their work during the summer and autumn:

Looking Forward to Winter & Spring 2022

There is still much uncertainty in the world, but we remain optimistic of seeing our students face-to face in 2022. See below for details of our Winter & Spring 2022 sessions. Our Summer 2022 details will be published in January.
